  Took my PC here after having an issue with the OS (wouldn't launch properly etc.), the minute we walked through the door the person working there seemed generally uninterested and seemed as if he was barely paying attention to us. I told the guy that I thought it was a windows 10 issue and shortly after he rudely and condescendingly dismissed what I said by saying that "300 million people have installed Windows 10 so this is an isolated incident" despite me seeking online help prior and seeing that it quite clearly was not. He took the PC and said he would call us by Tuesday or Wednesday with a quote on how much it would cost, by Thursday he called my dad asking for a serial key for Windows 10, which was not required and giving us hassle about it. He also then mentioned that this was a windows 10 issue like I mentioned to him, and did not even apologise for being wrong which is incredibly unprofessional on his part. After this they had the audacity to charge my dad £30 as an "inspection fee" for telling us something we already clearly knew and explained to him. Additionally he mentioned it was going to cost £75 to reinstall the OS (something which is incredibly easy and should cost £10 at most). I will not be falling for this as it is more or less robbery. Terrible scummy people working here who pray on less tech savvy people to make a quick buck. No wonder it is always empty in there. Wouldn't recommend at all, don't go here.
