  Only went in to get a watch battery changed but staff were friendly, the service was fast and good, also at a reasonable price at £4. Seemed pretty good to me

  Used the service to take links out here a few times and I have to be honest and say they were pretty good and offered a good price. It was 2 ladies there during the times I've used it. Decided to use it again recently for a battery change for a watch only to get it back saying they couldn't take the back off and to take it elsewhere and in attempt, i noticed they had scratched and bent it. I appointed it out and he blamed it on the person "who attempted to take the back off before him" even though the battery had never been changed since it was purchased. I mentioned it and he kept saying the same thing, that he hadn't touched it even though he clearly had tampered with it. I got the watch as a gift and it has sentimental value. No apology, just blaming it on a nobody who doesn't exist. Not impressed and won't be returning.
