  Visited today and drove from other side of the Island. Wanted to buy lots of different things as recently moved in. The music was irritating from the outset for both volume, base and genre. After a few minutes, I couldn't think straight - it was relentless, club style. Other customers were also moaning about it but just left without telling the store staff because we don't like to complain, do we?! Stuck it for 20 minutes then had to leave empty handed. Asked a very helpful assistant to please pass my feedback to manager. Who are the idiots who think this encourages sales? Love music but if I want to enjoy it at full volume, won't go to Dunelm!
