  Firstly the wedding dress was beautiful. However, we ordered it last year and was told it would come in March it arrived in May and it was a full dress size to small. They tried to say my daughter had put on weight if anything she had lost weight. When I tried to challenge them they just walked away and would not talk about it. Even the dressmaker who altered it didnt understand how they got it so wrong. So I had to pay out another £60.00 to have it altered and as a result there were 2 panels at the side of the dress with NO LACE. I did not like their customer service at all.
