    Poor for a BMW Dealer bad experience with ordering some parts. No phone call from Snows to confirm they had arrived into stock, I had to phone to check that they had arrived. They confirmed they had. Went to collect, kept waiting 20 minutes to be told that they had lost them. They re-ordered for next day and yes once again I had to phone them to check they had arrived. First and last time I use Snows!
